Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however should you wish to return your item(s) please follow the guidelines below.

-For a refund, items need to be posted back to us within 7 days of receiving your order (we don’t need to have received them within 7 days)
-For an exchange, items need to be posted to us within 28 days of receiving your order
-Please email us at if you wish to return an item
-Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please ensure they are packaged carefully as you are responsible for them until they reach our shop. Because of this we recommend using a post service which will insure the value of the item.
-items to be returned can be sent to the shop: Gillisons The Bag Shop, 30-32 New Street, Lancaster, LA1 1EG. Please include your delivery note.
-Please keep your proof of postage until we confirm by email that we have received the item.
-Upon receiving your item in its original condition and within the timescale stated, we will process your refund. The refund can take 5-10 working days to be back in your account/ on your card
-If an item is returned not in it’s original condition as a result of handling and therefore the value of the item is reduced, we may have to deduct this from the refund. To prevent this, please take care with the item until you are sure you do not wish to return it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
-If you are having trouble posting your item on time, please contact us within the timescale for refunds (7 days) or exchanges (28 days) to ensure we can process this for you.
-Any returns requested outside the timescale stated will be granted at our discretion.
